BlazeCut Protection For Your 3D Printer
Fires Happen Without Warning - BlazeCut Protects What You've Worked So Hard To Build Without Hesitation - Automatically, 24/7
Why Choose BlazeCut?
Because not all fire protection is built for what you do. BlazeCut is engineered specifically for enclosed spaces like 3D printer enclosures - offering automatic suppression that doesn’t require wiring, software, or guesswork.
It activates the moment temperatures spike, releasing a clean agent that stops fire fast without damaging your printer, electronics, or workspace.
Whether you're running overnight prints, scaling a small print business, or simply don’t want to risk everything for one job, BlazeCut gives you quiet, continuous protection you can trust - no false alarms, no mess, and no maintenance.
Frequently asked questions
Does BlazeCut work in open-air printers?
No. BlazeCut is designed to work inside enclosures only, where the clean agent can fully suppress the fire before it spreads.
Will it damage my printer or electronics?
Not at all. The FK-5-1-12 clean agent is non-conductive and safe for use around sensitive electronics. It leaves no residue.
Can I install it myself?
Absolutely. Every unit can be installed easily in minutes without any major modifications.
How do I know which size I need?
You can use our sizing assistant by clicking the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen or in the main menu. Or you can calculate how much square footage you need protected and compare that to the tech specs on each product page. If worse comes to worse you can email us at: brandon@modernfiresuppression.com
What happens if the system goes off while I’m not around?
That’s the beauty of BlazeCut — it doesn’t need you to be there. It activates automatically at the first sign of dangerous heat, even if your printer is finishing an overnight print back at the office you’ll come back to a suppressed fire and a paused printer - not a total loss.
What’s the switch option for?
Our TR025FK-S and TR050FK-S models include a pressure switch that activates when the unit discharges. You can wire this to an alarm, light, or cutoff relay to stop your printer mid-job or send an alert.
