Modern Fire Suppression Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Origin and Service Area
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center located in Wisconsin, USA. Modern Fire Suppression currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and outlying U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Simply Put:
We ship only within the United States and its territories. Everything leaves our Wisconsin warehouse.
2. Shipping Carrier and Method
All orders are shipped exclusively via UPS Ground. Modern Fire Suppression does not currently offer expedited, overnight, or alternative carrier options.

We use UPS Ground for every order. It’s reliable, trackable, and affordable.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within up to five (5) business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Simply Put:
Give us up to five business days to prepare your order before it ships. We don’t process orders on weekends or holidays.
4. Shipping Rates and Promotions
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on UPS carrier rates and the destination address. Modern Fire Suppression does not offer free shipping by default. However, promotional events or limited-time offers may include free shipping, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Simply Put:
You’ll see your UPS shipping rate before checkout. Free shipping only applies if there’s a special promotion running.
5. Delivery Window
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 9 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of Modern Fire Suppression’s control, including carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.
Simply Put:
You can expect your order to arrive about a week after you place it. UPS handles delivery times from there.
6. Tracking Information
A UPS tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has been processed and shipped. Customers can use this tracking number to monitor their delivery status directly through the UPS website.
Simply Put:
We’ll email you tracking info as soon as your order ships so you can keep an eye on it.
7. Signatures and Delivery Requirements
Modern Fire Suppression does not require a signature for delivery. Packages will be left at the address provided if it is deemed safe by the carrier.
Simply Put:
You don’t have to be home to receive your order. UPS will leave it in a safe spot.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
In the event an order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, Modern Fire Suppression will evaluate each situation individually. We may issue a refund, replacement, or other resolution at our discretion after investigating the issue with UPS.
Simply Put:
If something goes wrong during shipping, we’ll look into it and make things right on a case-by-case basis.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Modern Fire Suppression is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will need to place a new order using the correct information.

Double-check your address before placing your order. If it’s entered wrong, you’ll need to order again.
10. Returns and Refunds Related to Shipping
Modern Fire Suppression does not accept returns for any reason. However, in cases where we determine a refund is the best resolution (such as confirmed damage or loss), a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Simply Put:
We don’t accept returns, but if something goes wrong that’s on us, we’ll issue a refund when appropriate.
