Your Printer Doesn't Stop When You Leave the Room
Neither does the risk.
Most 3D printer fires start while no one's watching.
A thermal runaway your firmware didn't catch.
A MOSFET running hot.
A power supply that's been pushed one print too many.
By the time your smoke detector goes off, the fire has already had time to grow.
BlazeCut mounts inside your enclosure and activates automatically when temperatures spike.
No wiring. No app. No intervention needed. It discharges a clean, non-toxic agent directly onto the heat source and stops the fire before it spreads.
You don't have to be home for it to work. That's the whole point.

BlazeCut Protection For Your 3D Printer
1. Heat Is detected
The BlazeCut tube runs through your enclosure and constantly monitors temperature. No power source required. No connection to your printer.
2. Critical Temp Is Exceeded
When the air inside the enclosure hits the activation threshold (around 221°F / 105°C), the tube ruptures at the hottest point, right at the source of the developing fire.
3. The Fire Is Stopped In Seconds
A clean, non-toxic agent discharges instantly onto the fire source. No residue. No water damage. No cleanup. Just a stopped fire.

Why Choose BlazeCut?
Built for Enclosed Spaces. Built for Unattended Printing.
Not all fire protection works the same way. BlazeCut is designed specifically for enclosed environments like 3D printer enclosures. It doesn't rely on smoke detection, WiFi, or you being present to work.
The moment temperatures exceed the safe threshold, it acts. No false alarms. No maintenance schedule. No monthly checks.
Whether you're running overnight prints, managing a small print farm, or just want to stop worrying every time you leave the house, BlazeCut gives you continuous, automatic protection that's always on.

Frequently asked questions
Does BlazeCut work in open-frame printers?
No. BlazeCut is designed to work inside enclosures only, where the clean agent can fully suppress the fire before it spreads.
Will it damage my printer or electronics?
Not at all. The FK-5-1-12 clean agent is non-conductive and safe for use around sensitive electronics. It leaves no residue.
Can I install it myself?
Absolutely. Every unit can be installed easily in minutes without any major modifications.
How do I know which size I need?
You can use our sizing assistant by clicking the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen or in the main menu. Or you can calculate how much square footage you need protected and compare that to the tech specs on each product page. If worse comes to worse you can email us at: brandon@modernfiresuppression.com
What happens if the system goes off while I’m not around?
That’s the beauty of BlazeCut — it doesn’t need you to be there. It activates automatically at the first sign of dangerous heat, even if your printer is finishing an overnight print back at the office you’ll come back to a suppressed fire and a paused printer - not a total loss.
What’s the switch option for?
Our TR025FK-S and TR050FK-S models include a pressure switch that activates when the unit discharges. You can wire this to an alarm, light, or cutoff relay to stop your printer mid-job or send an alert.
