Construction equipment fires are not rare events. BlazeCut automatic fire suppression systems use FK-5-1-12, a fluoroketone clean agent rated for Class A, B and C fires that extinguishes by pulling heat directly out of the combustion reaction. It handles the fuel and hydraulic fluid fires that represent the most common ignition scenario on heavy equipment, and it evaporates completely on contact, leaving zero residue on wiring, sensors, engine components or hydraulic systems. There is no dry chemical powder to clean out of tight engine bays, no corrosive agent spreading secondary damage, and no extended teardown required after a discharge. The machine takes the hit from the fire itself, not from the suppression. The system fires automatically the moment temperatures at the ignition point reach the critical threshold, with no input required from the operator and no dependency on the machine's own electrical system to trigger it.

The BlazeCut T Series mounts directly inside the engine compartment using zip ties or one-hole straps, routes along the areas of greatest ignition risk, and connects to nothing in the machine's electrical system.
