What Is A BlazeCut?

The T-Series BlazeCut Units (like the one pictured) are a mess-free, maintenance-free, headache-free, automatic fire suppression system for the things that matter most.

Simply mount the unit using the provided zip ties within any enclosure where the fire risk is a bit too much to be ignored (engine bays, battery compartments, enclosed 3D printers, etc...)

If a fire were to occur the heat sensing tubing of the BlazeCut would activate releasing the non-toxic, pressurized suppression agent directly on to the hottest part of the fire - stopping it before things have a chance to get out of control.

Mount your BlazeCut today and sleep soundly tonight knowing that you took a huge step towards keeping you, your family, your friends, and the things you enjoy together safe and sound.

Saved By BlazeCUt

"After losing my first VW Bus to a fire years ago, I installed a BlazeCut automatic fire suppression system in my current vehicle—a 1966 VW SO44 camper, one of an estimated ten known to still exist. Recently, the engine compartment caught fire. When I went to grab a handheld extinguisher, I heard the BlazeCut deploy under pressure, momentarily forgetting it was installed.

Within seconds, the situation went from approximately four-foot flames to zero. The fire was completely extinguished before it could cause catastrophic damage. The system performed exactly as designed, and quite frankly, exceeded expectations.

I often recommend BlazeCut to others running classic VW engines, and this experience only reinforced my confidence in the design and reliability of your system. I’m extremely grateful for the protection it provided and will be installing a new unit before driving the vehicle again.

I’ve attached a few photos of the bus and the deployed unit in case they’re useful to you.

Thank you for designing such an effective and well-thought-out safety solution.

Much appreciated, last attached is my fire without a blaze cut . Never again."

1. Heat Is detected

BlazeCut’s special tubing constantly senses rising temperatures inside your RV’s engine bay or electrical space, staying alert even when you’re miles away.

2. Critical Temp Is Exceeded

When the air around the tubing reaches its activation point of about 221°F (105°C), the heat causes the tube to burst precisely at the hottest spot near the developing fire.

3. The Fire Is Stopped In Seconds

A clean, non-toxic agent is instantly released, smothering the flames at the source and stopping the fire before it can cause damage or downtime.

What is the lifespan/shelf life of a BlazeCut system?

The tube and system can last between 5 and 10 years, depending on environment and application.

Does BlazeCut leave behind residue or damage equipment?
